  4. Soup recipe
    -Add 2 tbsp oliven oil
    – 25 chopped garlic
    -Add 1 chopped onion
    -After 2 min add 1 chopped carrot
    -Cook it for 1 minute and add 1 sliced green pepper
    -Add 1 chopped tomato
    -Add chppoed coriander or chopped fasili
    -Add 500 gramm sliced cabage
    -Add 5 cups water u can also add vegetables water
    -After few minutes add 1 tsp himalyan salt
    -Add black papper
    -Add 1 tsp oregano spice
    -Add chopped coriander leaves
    -cover it and let it cook for 10 mins until all the veggies are cooked


    -200 gramms of choked cabage
    -1 chopped tomato
    -Coriander leaves and add 1-2 tsp Himalayan salt for taste.
    -U can add 1 lemon juice and mix it well.

    Do's and don't :
    -Have cabbage soup at least 3 times a day
    -Replace it with breakfast lunch and dinner
    -Have cabbage Salad whenever hungry in between the meals
    -Do not eat anything else except cabbage soup and salad
    -Have green tea/coffee .
    -No restrictions on drinking water
    -All the ingredients added are essential for weightloss
    -Warm the soup before having
    -U can prepare in bulk and refrigerate
