  1. i do exactly what dr. oz said i cut off eating at 6pm and dont eat in the morning till 11am, first thing is i walk 4 miles every morning from 9am to 10:30 it takes me. when i get home im not starving so i stretch out my time i have 2 cups of coffee with some half and half first alone relaxed,so im eating first meal some times at 12:00 am. ill eat a brunch type meal ,then i save my big meal to eat anywhere between 4:30 and 6pm I love pasta and carbs and chicken,so i eat a nice plate full but I stop eating at6pm. i lost 13lbs in 6 mons without being able to walk as we were in ny not florida,so it took longer but proved its not the walking making me loose its the eating window.and ill say another thing i love red wine i continue a few glasses of that each nite and still lost. heres the thing i tried every diet,none worked what made me do it was last physical my LDL was 332 and though my dr. insisted i start meds i said give me 3 mons to see what i can do.he smiled lookat at a chart and said for my frame i was supposed to be between 113 and 126lbs, as if i didnt know while i sat there at 139lbs mad.anyway hes been with me for so long he chuckled and said good luck ill see you in 3 mons. I lost 10lbs and my numbers dropped i feel better and im gonna drop another 10. heres the thing he was telling in response to my not wanting the pills because of all the side effects possible my husband tried 4 times always issues. im grateful and happy. it's a battle whatever reason you need to loose weight,but its truely and honestly will power and desire you either want to get healthy and feel good or take a pill for it. just watching Carson say right away its not realistic to stop eating at 6pm,its not to him. Im in bed by 10pm so if hes not satisfied with his meal at 6 and full till bedtime????? thats a problem he has . this is long winded cause im so tired of people saying intermitten dont work it does its healthier for your body,many cultures have been doing it for centuries

Can someone help me I don't know how i should setup my fasting or eating schedule…I 20 years of age and I want to loose weight so I been working out between 1.5 hours to 2 hours a day for the past 2 months and I'm hoping by me trying this hole intermittent fasting thing I would have a much more greater chance of loosing weight because I been struggling to make progress with me weight as is

    Normally I eat two times a day where I would have my first meal been 14h00 or 15h00 In the afternoon and then I would have my second meal around 19h00 so I want to know how do I go about intermittent fasting I this is how my Normal eating schedule looks like ?

  4. Because I don’t like waiting could I do 7 or 8am for breakfast then noon or 1 for lunch and then don’t eat for the rest of the day? Or does it have to be 12 & 6pm

  6. It's by far the most effective tool for weight loss period. Exercise to build up your physique, energy, strength and bonus fat loss but fasting for the real fat loss when the exercise and diet tweaks have continued to just fail time after time.

  7. I feel best when I only eat from 10 to 7 or 11 to 6. It helps to go to bed early though. Because it's hard not to even snack late at night.

  8. Never knew depression was making me do this…
    I stop eating around 10 and try to sleep around 1am and don’t eat til 1 pm next day

    I think it’s healthier to eat thru the day
    But that’s me
