This is a 30-minute at-home workout that will make you work your lower body in order to gradually burn the stored fat that’s hidden beneath layers of muscles and more fat. That’s the thing with stomach fat, it’s hard to burn and tone because the fat isn’t superficial–they’re buried deep beneath your skin and muscles!

But this workout will give you a well-toned midsection without any equipment needed. You can do this anywhere and it all depends on your strength and body weight!

  1. Hi roberta I completed it today, it's very effective to do will it reduce only belly fat or it loses weight also, can I combine this with your another workout one day after another
