  4. I just wanted to say thank you for being an absolute hero and motivator. Everytime life kicked me down and I fell into depression and gained weight your videos have been very helpful for pulling myself back on track.

    3 years ago I was a mess, I lost my fiance to brain cancer , I did the 10 minute bike workouts helping me lose 25 kg's over 5 months.

    Sadly some of it came back because of the COVID lockdown & recently I also lost my lifetime cat friend of 11 years due to cancer adding more to the heartache ..

    It's been over 1 month and I've buried myself in THIS 30 minute workout and so far I once again managed to lose a little bit over5 kg's & this time I promised to myself that I won't let myself go down that depression path.

    Thank you once again for making these videos and being such a inspiration.

  5. Do you have any on spin classes? ๐Ÿค” It's just I follow someone on YouTube who does spin classes which I'm enjoying as ride at a high intensity, only trouble is the one I have currently is an exercise bike.

    Day 1 done ( 25-30km/hr)
    Day 2 done ( 23-27km/ hr)
    Day 3 done (26-30 km/ hr)
    Day 4 rest
    Day 5 done(27 km/ hr)
    Day 6 rest
    Day 7 done

    Ps. The first days were the hardest because of my ankle. As the days went by my legs got stronger,now I can walk without walker or crutches. My advice is donโ€™t wait for motivation JUST do it for yourself your body will thank you later. I have 7 weeks to return to work and I want to came back stronger than ever..
