  1. "quit sugar!" but eat the "right" CARBS…lol CARBS=SUGAR your body doesn't differentiate carbs are carbs thats like telling a meth addict….to stop being addicted you need to moderate your meth intake…if we are still eating carbs/sugar, its not cold turkey

  2. Every time I wanted something sweet I would eat a tiny bite out of 100% dark chocolate that has no sugar and it would kill my craving.

  3. When I eat something with sugar, the cravings start, so I drink watered down spinach smoothies for a couple days. That gets things back on track again.

  4. The only way to beat sugar addiction is to switch to keto sugars like Xylitol. Once you have some treats around with those sugars in them you will stop craving it. I used to make myself a keto mug cake every single night when trying to get off sugar. By the end of the week I stopped craving them! Trust me!

    •Quit cold turkey
    •Dont drink calories but eat them
    •Add protein
    •Eat only non starch veggies
    •Manage stress and dont do emotional eating
    •Quit dairy
    •Sleep for 8hours
