Hey babes! I’m so excited to finally share with you the 6 things that have completely changed my everyday routine. My mind has been clearer, my energy levels have increased drastically and well… the weight loss is a bonus too! As I said in the beginning of the video, this is just MY experience and what worked for ME. Buuuut I do really believe in this and if you’re stuck on ideas and want to try something different I definitely recommend giving these steps a go. What’s the worst that can happen right?!

  1. IT WORKED! I couldn’t find my original comment but I did lose 12lbs in a month.
    Stats: 5’6 start weight was 163lb
    I went down to 151.3lbs

    I have made it a lifestyle and I’m now at 148lbs and it’s been a month and half since I’ve stuck to this.
    My goal is is 140-145lbs. I made sure to eat two healthy meals, fasted using the Zero app (16/8 hours), and I walked 2 miles a day.
    Before I did this I used to do cardio and fasting and that did not work for me. I was also a big snacker but now fasting helps regulate my hunger. If I stopped doing my routine on a cheat day it was hard to get back to my routine. I hope this helps someone. You can do it you just need to have a strong mindset.

    Edit: I forgot to mention that in that month I drank once a week but I only drank shots or seltzer’s that had least amount of sugar and carbs. Sometimes giving your body a break is good too.

  2. I’m going to start tomorrow.
    I am 53.25 kg today and only 2 days ago I was 1kg lighter.
    My goal weight is for now 50kg but I also want to try be skinnier. I’ll try to update every day

    Goal: 50 kg
    I'll update in a month 😀 REALLY HOPE IT WORKS.
    P.S: I usually snack alot so in this month I'll be only eating my normal meals ( which are mostly homemade and healthy) without any kind of snacking + i used to do intermittent fasting a long time ago and later gave up on it BUT ILL START DOING IT AGAIN.

    ideal goal: 62-65kg by 28/11/22(?)

  7. I'm currently 133 pounds. Goals is to be 115 pounds. So 18 pounds to lose.

  8. The drinking thing is very hard for me to avoid because I'm a Somm, but I'm going to give this a go! And i love walking.
    Hoping to lose 5kg in 5 weeks.

    Currently i weigh 67kg i would like to end up at around 56-58 kg
