  1. Thank you to everyone who watched this video. Honestly, I did not expect this video to get as many views as it did. That being said I wanted to post a comment to say that everyone is different and beautiful in their own way. Just because I lost this much weight, it does not mean it is necessarily right for you. This video is to solely share what worked for me and to give tips. It is not for the purpose to tell you how you should eat or how you should lose weight because it is not a one size fits all journey. Also, I love the positive community that this created and reading how much this video has helped and inspired. I also love reading the tips that has worked for other people that is not mentioned in this video. So, thank you so much for all of the interaction and positivity. To answer some of the most commented questions:
    Is Jenny Craig expensive and how much did it cost?
    1) Jenny Craig is pretty expensive, and I do understand not everyone has this money. For me, weekly, it was around 185-200 dollars. By no means do I think you need to spend this much money to lose weight. This is just how it helped me personally. It helped me because it put me on a strict plan were there was not much room to cheat. This is what I needed at the time to succeed. There are so many ways you can lose weight or maintain a healthier lifestyle at home, spending no money. If you want me to make a video with my recommendations, I can.
    How long did it take for you to lose all this weight?
    2) It took me around 8 months to lose the weight 
    How much did you weight before and after the program?
    3) I started off weighing 142lbs and at the end of the program I weighed 107lbs

    Again, I want to put it out there that I am not a health expert or nutritionist. This video is only intended to share my journey and share things that worked for me during my weight loss journey. Keep in mind, things I recommend in this video may not work for you. I did not say this in the video, but height and weight are not the only indications to know whether you need to lose or gain weight. Everyone has different genetics, backgrounds, and metabolisms, etc that should be taken into account when deciding whether you want to change your weight. If you are happy, regardless of the height you are, that is all the matters. Being your best healthiest and happiest self is the only thing that matters, not weight. Do what makes you happy and do what works best for your body regardless of what others are doing. Everyone is unique, beautiful, and loved despite physical appearance.   3. I really need to do this for myself. I’m sick of feeling so defeated everytime I try and get fit. It’s not even about losing weight, I’m not even fat, just a lol bloated Lmao. And I’m so sick of feeling so unhealthy I just want actually accomplish something and be proud of myself for once.

  5. Very inspiring. I have been stuck with quarantine and gained even more weights. Eating healthy and counting calories is a must. I was recommended a Vanguard Formulas supplement from a friend and it has been great! With proper diet and exercise, along with the supplement I have lost 25 lbs so far. I recommend giving it a try since it helped me=)))

  6. I’m 16 and I know I put on weight during quarantine and even before that. I have more stomach fat than I am happy with, and I really want to feel comfortable in my own skin again, like I used to. the last time I weighed myself I was 130 lbs and i am 5’5. for the past month and a half I have been doing a workout program at my gym, (4x per week) and I know I’m not doing as much as I could be. to see the results I want, I must go harder, do as much weight as I can handle at the gym, and be stricter on my diet.

  8. I’m 14 and going on a water fasting kinda thing- for abt 3 weeks .. is that good for my body or should I do it ?
