On July 27th 2016 I started my weight loss journey I documented it here on my YouTube channel for my subscribers to watch, in less then 2 months I lost 33 pounds! then went on to lose a total of 90 pounds in less then 9 months.   1. I watched your video three months ago. I listened to everything you said to the T. Thank you so much . God bless you. I have never felt so good. The first two days was hard but your rite. I got use to the intermittent fasting and I felt so much better wow. I LOST 20 lbs in two weeks. I was never hungry. This is the best way to live. I went on a 700 calorie diet a day. I made it work and had to force myself to eat by week 2. Thank you so much for your inspiration. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

  2. I’m a teenager and very insecure about my tummy fat and back fat I’m 5,4 and 166 hopefully I could go down to at least 136-126 coming back in a month to update😊

  3. i was overweight once upon a time, tried lots of diets, slimming pills and teas, none of them worked, fortunately someone actually recommended agoge diet to me, never been happy with my weight loss journey

  4. Changed my life. I will never eat the same ever again. "Unless you physically trip and your face lands in a box weightlose.fitness of donuts, there is no such thing as a 'slip'." Get that mind set and you'll win again and again.

  5. I have to figure out to make meals healthier and fulling because I have ibs and i don't eat enough I get sick

  6. Do not count on the bmr of online calculator if you try 4 , you Will get 4 different results of ideal calorie intake and unhealthy deficits!!!
    Just take 20 to 30 % off of your current intake.

  7. I’m 200 pounds and my goal weight is 130-140 by February 2022. I keep making excuses and I’m so ashamed of how bad it’s gotten. This video was very inspirational.
