  1. You’ve inspired me to go to a spin class. My sw was 220, currently 215 and my goal weight is 145. Started with a calorie deficit and working out for 30 minutes 5 days a week, it’s been 3 weeks now and has been difficult but I feel so much more energetic. I’ll definitely take some of these tips to help me hit my goal weight!
