  1. Thank you for sharing. I want to lose 30kg and want to start carnivore diet. When on carnivore diet how many meals can you eat in a day? Is sausage ok? Can you put thickened cream in tea and coffee. What happens if you try and cheat with having a fruit will that muck up your diet?

  2. I have been eating carnivore for 5 months. I have lost about 30 lbs. I gain a pound then lose a little. Cream in my coffee causes me to gain. Eating too many pork skins also stops weight loss. My pain has been freely reduced from no sugar.

  3. I have been eating strict carnivore for one month and I have lost around 15 lbs. it has been slower and more gradual weight loss then if I were to be in a calorie deficit on the SAD. Approximately 2-3 lbs a week aside from the first week I lost a bit more. I feel my body has been healing. Normally if I were in a calorie deficit On SAD I wouldn’t have the energy to workout – but on carnivore, I have been able to work out 1-2 times a day! I am pleased with my progress. Don’t give up people!

  4. 70 years old. I have been on carnivore for 56 days, just shy of 2 months. My A1C dropped from 6.8 to 6.3. If you take the average for the past month only I would have an A1C of 5.5! My triglycerides dropped from 98 to 42. HDL up 23 to 27. So things are moving in the right direction. Today I made the decision to continue w/carnivore. My weight loss has only been 8 lb. There is no way I'm going to let another carb go over my teeth, especially sugar, flour, refined grains, and seed oils.

  5. YOU ARE EXACTLY right on the mind "wanting MORE" when you see something of a different taste. I LIKE being hungry between times– it lets me know the body is beginning to use FAT not my muscles.. because I feel hungry sometime and yet my muscles are getting bigger and STRONGER even without working out!!! Also- I notice that sometimes- I drink a bit too much- and will wake sometimes with my stomach feeling flat- and other days feel bloated like a nickel balloon overinflated– but it passes- (not literally- it's NOT gas- water retention from drinking too much with the high salt intake!!)..
    Yes- SLEEP is a BIG issue– if one is having trouble with sleep- I recommend RESURGE– it's GREAT– you sleep like a log- wake up with energy- and even if you get up in the night- you'll go right back to deep sleep-and wake feeling GREAT!!! NO i do NOT get paid for referring people to that. it just WORKS!!! AND will help in the weight loss too!!!

I LOVE YOUR VIDS– I've been on carnivore for about 5 months- felt STALLED for 3 of those.. but I'm BIG- I weighed a LOT when I started- and have lost well- but for 3 of those months-didn't "feel" or SEE any change at all. HOWEVER- I'm telling you from MY experience- you GAIN muscle – even without working out- and muscle WEIGHS MORE than fat. Also- you will retain water more – especially if you are getting the PROPER amount of salt!!! Lillie is exactly correct on the "working out TOO MUCH" too– you only need maybe 15 min. 3 times a week- that's PLENTY.. Carnivore will take care of everything else. You won't SEE or feel changes sometimes for months at a time- but that's when you are HEALING internally- and getting rid of toxins.. My hardest part was getting sleep– (I get thirstyand drink too much too late- and have to get up to pee) and I have two cats that are "night eaters" right now– ha. DON"T get discouraged- go by how you FEEL- not by how you look- and after a little time- you body will begin to SHOW the difference rather suddenly at the proper time!!

  7. SIMPLE– muscle WEIGHS MORE– and carnivore WILL add muscle whether your'e working out or not.. I'm feeling muscle getting tighter and bigger and havne't worked out in a month (by Docs orders getting ready for a surgery).. and weigh more— also- fat SHIFTS.. and changes – so you will RETAIN WATER more.. especially if you get enough salt as you SHOULD..
