  3. I drink a half a gallon and it's gotten rid of my mommy tummy or as I call it the "Kangaroo pouch" I got from pregnancy. I also add Tru lemon flavor pouches into it for flavor.

  4. What will happen is I drink a liter and a half of water every day and don't exercise??? especially right now in quarantine I am not ready moving a lot

  5. Does it matter very much what time of the day you're drinking water as long as you're drinking half of your body weight in ounces? For an example (8am, 11am, 1pm…) or not so much cause I'm pretty sure I could drink half a gallon of water in one sitting.
