    Thank you for all of your informative videos… watching this one made med wonder if I started my Keto journey all wrong… after 4 weeks I still have relative low keto levels through out the day, these days about 0.4 (0.3) a few times I have measured 0.5-0.7, by blood meter… lost 3-4 kilo plateauing for 8-10 days now…. Have been aiming at ratio 5/25/70, and hit target most days. feel absolutely great but a bit frustrated about weight loss results and keto levels… hope you can offer some advice….   3. I'm going to attempt this method as opposed to my usual method of drastically decreasing carbs and increasing fats…but 8+ weeks of preparation? I thrive too much on instant gratification so that's probably not going to happen but I'll start with day 1 and go from there.

  4. Keto has been shown to be unhealthy in numerous studies, especially without doctor supervision. The Agoge diet was the only diet that helped me get rid of that stubborn fat without punishing my body.

  5. I really tried sticking with the keto, but I just felt awful and it's also really tough to stick with. Then I tried the Agoge diet and it was life changing, I highly recommend it to everybody.

  6. I struggled with the keto diet too much, I just felt exhausted. We're supposed to enjoy the food we eat and with keto that's close to impossible. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it works great.

  7. Can the soluable fiber come from over night oats with unsweetened almond milk .and a bit of blueberries or strawberries …cinnamon. For the first part of 4 weeks

  8. I find most of these diets hard to adhere to, including the keto diet. The thing that worked best for me is the Agoge Diet plan. You get to eat nutritionally rich foods without starving.

  9. I just watched another video of you saying to eat a lot of fatty foods in the beginning so that way you have a primed body for the diet

  10. No need to hurt yourself with the keto diet. It's just a matter of calories in, calories out. Following a structured and balanced diet like the Agoge diet helps a great deal though.
