  4. I went 30 days with water only and I have went 14 days with water only a couple of times. My weight went from 203 to 153 and right now I am 149.
    My question is I went 30 days averaging 600 calories a day and I don't lose weight.
    Has my metabolism changed?

  5. Once I get my hip surgery end of this month. I will go back out walking again. I used to walk up 5 to 6 miles sometimes 8 a day. That was while I fasted. I used be a big time runner. Even race’s. But the age of 48 I lost my optic nerve vision. Now I just have prefer vision. And low vision. So I’m doing walking now.
