  2. I am on day 4 and have lost 4kg already. I' 5'2 and was 90kg (I've just had a baby) so I have a lot to lose. It's definitely hard but once you're over the first day, it's not so bad as long as you keep hydrated. I've slightly cheated though as I add seasoning and oil to the steak and I had extra ham on day 3. I don't have the sugar cube in the morning so I think it all levels out.

  10. I gained a little weight during the "pandemic" (went from 51kg to 55kg) because I stopped exercising and lost motivation to everything. ANYWAYY
    I'm not going to weight myself until the last day of the diet. I'm also currently on day 4 so here is my experience and my opinion so far..

    DAY 1: First of all, I don't put sugar in my coffee but expect that it wasn't a bad day. The only weird thing that I noticed is the amount of spinach. 400gr is too much, I only had 100gr (200gr would be also good)

    DAY2: Great day too, weird combination in lunch but at least it kept me really full.

    DAY3: I woke up feeling a little weak and my hands was shaking a bit so I drank my coffee with sugar (as it says) because I thought that it would help and it did. The Dinner's combination it's so weird again. I'm doing the diet still, but I know that there's something wrong.

    DAY 4: I just had my lunch. I saw what's for dinner and at this point I'm questioning the amount knowledge or experience for dieting of the creator of the diet. In my opinion (I'm not a nutritionist obviously), with my common sense, 250gr of cheese is too much. I think I'll have 250gr of yogurt instead or at least 100-150gr of cheese..
