This diet works like a charm! However, every body type is different hence the results may vary. You know your body well, if u have any kind of ailments, consult your doctor first.

P.S: Eggs in this plan should be consumed with yolk.
Eggs should be BOILED ONLY.
Green Tea should be consumed plain (No sweeteners)
Eggs can be seasoned with a little salt & black pepper
(No Mayo/ Sauce)
This is an Egg Diet Plan ( Egg is the primary ingredient hence pls do not ask me a substitute for eggs.)

Regarding the Cholesterol in Eggs:
Eggs include HDL cholesterol, also known as great cholesterol. This kind of cholesterol is harmless for your well-being – it can enable the body to produce more vitamin D and hormones like estrogen, testosterone, and cortisol.

  2. I am over over weight (weight- 112kg) and Its my 4th day, have lost 3kgs already..!! I was planning not to check my weight before 10 days. But i was lil demotivated today, that whether this will actually work or not and there was food cravings.. Simple khane ki craving like chawal dal sabzi and roti sabzi.. But i wanted to give it a try.. And complete my 10 days goal, I have lost 3 kgs.. Currently i am doing lisle sasone's walking exercise as well. So keep trying ladies.. We all can do it..!! Will post my result after 6 more days

    Starting Weight: 136kg ( I will double check at the gym because I don’t have a scale at home)
    Goal Weight ( for this diet) : 129kg

  8. I started this diet some days ago!! Updating my weight here everyday!
    Day 1 – 74.5 kg
    Day 2 – 73.6 kg (I wasn't able to have dinner on this day)
    Day 3 – 72.74 kg
    Day 4 – 71.8 kg (wasn't able to have lunch)

    Day 1 : 67.2 kgs ( was a little hungry and was craving for spicy food)
    Day 2 : 65.9 kgs ( not sure how it happened but it definitely did)

  10. Last time I was here got so many likes on my previous comment and I was getting so many questions from you guys . I am back again.. current weight – 116.2 , to be honest with you guys . When people look at me , they think I might be around 90 . Coz I don't look that fat.. but because of my height and muscles , I am 116.2 .. I need to be somewhere around 84 and I guess I will be ok.. so need to lose 32 kgs in total. Big challenge ahead.. but I believe in Vicky's diet..
