  1. I’ve been pescatarian for 3months and lost 5-10lbs off the scale but I didn’t see it with my weight! It’s bc I still was OVER EATING n drinking just not caring lol but I’m 154lbs 5’2 and want to lose 20lbs. My weight might seem little to y’all but I’m short, and have a beer belly 😂😂😂 I started working out last Tuesday 3-1-22. This video gave GREAT pointer. I will keep an update by the end of the month

  4. In October, I was extremely unhappy with my outer appearance which had a direct affect on my emotion state. Over the years I have tried EVERYTHING to maintain my weight but the older I got the harder it got😩. This past holiday season was extremely hard for me on top of being unhappy with myself I was sooo sad due to loosing multiple love ones. I was emotional eating and really in a bad state.

    After New Years I looked in the mirror and was so disappointed. It was that moment I realized I had to take control over the things that I CAN change.

    I came across this video

    Just by following the tips from the video…
    -Intermediate fasting (eating between an 8 hour period)
    -Eliminating
    candy😩
    chips😩
    sweets
    bread
    fried foods
    meat (which was my choice)
    -Substituting a meal with a smoothie
    -I continue to drink at least 6 bottles of water a day

    Jan 5th I was 154Ibs
    My highest😩
    My weight has been fluctuating from 149-143 for the past 3 years ..I said to myself I just want to see 13?something🤦🏽‍♀️

    Last week I got on the scale and I was 136

    In less than two month this change of lifestyle has changed my cravings and the way I think about food. No exercise at all!!

    My clothes are baggy on me…and I feel good inside and out😊

  6. I love how honest you are about the fact that it takes disciple and that fads don't work long term. When I count my calories, I just naturally lose weight. As soon as I stop, I'm back to being bad.

  7. Great advice and going on same journey from yesterday. I was thinking to do the same as you just said. I’ve been using my fitness pall and totally agree, didn’t realize how much sugar and calories has certain food. Goal to loose 30 lb in 3 months ☺️👍😉. Thank you for your video ✌️❤️😊🥰

  9. I cut out of meat and I went bathroom every day and now I'm back.on meat and I feel terrible, and I don't go bathroom as often 🤦‍♀️

  10. I just came across your video and right away when I seen the fitness pal. Came straight to the comments to agree. I just started reusing the app. I’m just starting but I agree it makes you more conscious of what your eating and thinking twice. I’m excited to see where it’s gonna lead me. I have Fitbit and you can connect it to the app.

  11. I've been doing what she is saying too. IT WORKS! I gained 10 lbs during the shutdown. 230 lbs on a 5' 3" frame is a lot of weight. I'm down about 15 lbs now. The scale wouldn't budge before, even when I exercised like a mad woman! Here is another resource that backs up what she is saying. This audiobook has helped me tremendously on my health journey.

  12. Long covid 2 stone gain i too tired to excercjse so it’s pilling on – can’t keep to keto etc etc and I’m too tired to carry around excess let alone excercjse so gonna download that app today and give it ago- you look AMAZING – love from London 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
