  2. Lazy people wont bother at all They'd rather be couch potatoes. I understand the logic behind the title though. Many people want short cuts and rather zzz after a day or hard work than do workouts.

  3. Why would you want to do these if you're lazy? How are these any different from other exercises that lazy people don't want to do?

  4. I've been trying to find an exercise that I can keep up with. Because most of what I find is a bit more work. Or some just suggest to go walking.
    Walking would help in getting someone ready for the exercise, especially if they're not very active and just jump to these exercises.

    But anyways, this is a really good and simple workout, no gym, you can just do it at home, your own pace and time. And best of all, no over excessive exercise. And maybe over time I guess you could use small hand weights.
    Though, personally, for me it would be pretty hard since knees always hurt. But maybe trying this out will help?
