A couple of weeks ago, I completed my first ever five day fast. This video shares what happened.

  2. I am gonna try this on Monday till Friday. I will take one tbs salt each day and mg and vit c like you suggested. And Weightlifting each day!! My goal is to lose 3kg 🙂

  3. I am on my 4th day of fasting. Already lost 6.6 lbs since day 1. I have tried everything but fasting is the only thing that suits me. I have PCOS so any diet/lifestyle I try to follow, I end up feeling bloated. Eventually I have realised that Fasting with any diet, kind of balances the bloating. I hope I reach my desired weight and control my PCOS. 🤞

Best way to lose fat period, I usually do 3 day fast and 1 meal every 4th day untill I reach my desired bodyweight and is soo easy and simple not having to cook and saving money in that is the best part, you also know you are losing weight not worrying about calories I used to do deficits and is way harder for me having to eat less being hungry all the time really tired cuz of low calorie meals and weight doesn't come off, fasting is the natural way that our body has to lose the weight that's why is increases the ketons is the natural way, calorie reduction is an invention in the wild you didn't do calorie reduction you just went throw starvation moments where you eat nothing for days on end if you were too fat to chase your prays you would starve untill you became thiner and faster to hunt preserving the muscle that's why fasting is soo powerfull all your hormones that segregate in a fast preserve ur muscle growth hormone, ketons, adrenaline, grucogon the body won't prioritice muscle burning if you are starving it will burn fat and preserve the muscle soo you can climb that tree to get food once you find it or you can fight that pig to eat it it would meke no sence in an evolution perspective that your body holded on to the fat and not the muscle fat fat=energy reserves muscle=strengh to survive in the enviorement you are in in order for your body to burn muscle in fasting you should not be working out at all not even walking and you should have almost no fat being completly depleted of fat soo you body has no other option than start burning muscle in huge quantities breaking it in proteins to burn them.

  6. What's amazing is you were in great shape before the fast. You don't look like you needed to lose any weight at all. But still lost nearly 7 pounds. Imagine people who have a lot of fat to lose. They could lose a shit ton.

  10. Very nice and informative. Currently preparing for a 5 day fast that leads into keto and I'm very hyped. This video definitely added to the hype.
    I love that you experimented with the pre and post workout values and it's great to see the dynamic between you and your brother. Great stuff my man!

  11. i don't understand the correlation between ketosis and autophagy. Autophagy peaks around 72 hrs (3 days) while ketosis continues to max out through day 5. Or in other words: I don't understand why you measure your ketosis levels if losing weight is NOT your only goal…
