  1. Not knocking your journey. This is great. But high saturated fat increases LDL cholesterol (the bad one), and you're missing out on a lot of vitamins and minerals if you don't ever consume fruits.

  2. Awesome video you remind me of myself in many ways. Eager to be fit even despite the pain. And I’ve done raw vegan for 8 months 10 years ago I lost 30 pounds in 2 months! I got off the diet because it was hard to maintain with a family. But I go on and off vegan. I’ve come to realize that keto vegan might be the way to go for me. Since I cut out sugar and dairy very long ago.. but I’m curious why you don’t eat fruit? Fruit isn’t sugar it’s fructose. If your worried about the carbs that’s different, but I notice you said you eat potatoes and some grains which also turns to sugar. So I just got a bit confused. I definitely think anything plant based is meant for our bodies and designed for us.

  3. I had started keto + intermittent fasting abt on and off for two yrs ago and I went from being 180lbs to 126.6. I have been off of keto since March and only gained 14 lbs back. I felt like I was too skinny and I was losing a lot of hair while being on keto. This is our second week as a vegan for me and my family and lost some belly fat but gaining weight. 🤔 I wonder if this is normal.

  4. vegans do eat sugar; they have vegan junk food and they do eat sugar; I would call you more of a Whole Foods plant based person maybe , since you don't eat sugar, but they also don't eat processed vegan food either, I don't think ( the Whole Foods plant based people)

  5. Been fasting and regulating carbs. I started my vegan journey yesterday ! I’m at my biggest with 10 pounds lost. My biggest weakness is cheese and bread. I am determined to lose weight and heal my body.

  6. Have you tried CCF tea, coriander, cumin, and fennel seed tea? Dandelion greens also helps improve digestion big time. Another useful fasting technique is dry fasting. Cognitive plant based meds for improving mental health are psilocybin and other psychedelics, there’s a lot of phase 3 clinical trials evidence now and MDMA is about to be FDA approved for curing treatment resistant ptsd. If you would like more info, Google “Rick Doblin MAPS” . Cannabis or hemp products help the body recover faster along with ice therapy and using massage gun tools like the spoortsneer.   8. Very inspiring vlog. I am a victim of a distracted driver that left me with a closed head injury and neuro muscular disorder and chronic pain from head to toe. Unable to perform high impact exercises or lift weights. The MVA and closed head trauma impaired my memory and my speech. I am a southern born but my speech has an African or Jamaican accent when people talk to me. I do a lot of floor exercise's that doesn't involve straining my neck or lumbar spine. Plant base diet baked fish and chicken ,no bread. .Walk on treadmill 2 days a week. My body can't function with a intense workout. I look forward to other ways to control my weight. Current weight 165 and I am 5'4"

  9. I've seen red meat and dairy products are difficult to digest but on keto they recommend red fatty meat and greek yogurt, so if I want to start the ketosis and I want to lose weight fast, should I eat red meat, yogurt, pork, chicken, salmon?

  10. Your video inspired me to start this weight loss journey again. In 2011 one year after i graduated high school, i weighed 240 lbs and that's the day i decided i couldnt live like that nomore. Not only did i get bullied but my health was very poor. I dedicated to strict exercise and dieting but still ate meat, and lost a total of -100 pounds within 2 years. In 2014 i was at my best and was able to keep my weight to 140 pounds. For the next 4 years up until 2018 i was at my best, regularly exercising eating a well balanced diet. Still cosumed meat and dairy products and still looked amazing. I had a total body transformation from the 100 pounds i shed over the years. In 2018 i was pregnant with my first baby and during my pregnancy i noticed a massive amount of weight just adding on week after week. At 9 months pregnant i weight a total of 220 pounds. I had my baby june2019 and even after the delivery i only lost a total of 20 pounds of just placenta, fluids and pregnancy retained water. Its august 2020 and i just turned 28 this month. I stare at myself at the mirror and can hardly recognize who i am. I find myself ashamed all the time, no motivation to work out, i wear loose baggy sweaters just to hide my body. I am very blessed to be able to bring a child into this world that has changed my life for the better and so proud of being able to have him naturally with no complications. But 1 year post partumm i have finally decided to cut out all meats and aninal products and dairy. I have decided to try becoming VEGAN. Not only have i felt amazing and less bloated this past 2 weeks since i started. But i feel at peace with myself and have a sence of releif of being 1 less person contributing to the cruelty of animals. My family and friends think im crazy and dont believe i can go through with this lifestyle and dont believe i can loose the weight. Im down to 190 in only 2 weeks. Thats 10 pounds of just being on a plant based diet. I have felt so alone but after coming across your video. It has made me feel so much better and has given me more of a motivation boost. I don't feel alone. Im not only excited on what life has to offer but im excited to make a difference in the 🌎 world💕💕💕💕💕🐷🐮🐣🐟🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌱🌍🌎🌏🌠
