  1. I eat a fair amount of protein power, but I add a couple teaspoons of (pure) Psyllium husk (Metamucil without the sugar and artificial flavor and color). Otherwise, yeah, you'll get clogged up…

  2. Carrot is i good choice. You are probably majorly constipated right now.
    (don't know if you mentioned it or not, I just skipped to the result.)

  4. Yes your lean body mass went down but water and glycogen is including in lean body mass measurements, you did not lose muscle you lost a lot of water and glycogen but also fat, Protein sparing modified fasts work tremendously well if done alonfside weight training and minimal cardio.

    Yes it is a crash diet and using only liquids is a bad idea, but it's very misleading telling people you lose actual muscle tissue.
