  1. Vegans can loose weight by running a caloric deficiet. What is more important is not eating starches and sugars low glycemic load foods. Cook your meals instead of buy pre made garbage.

  2. IF/OMAD has most of the benefits of keto (hunger/metabolism stays steady and can even increase if less than 36hours) with the choice of what you consume.

  3. I’m trying to get out of keto because I want to get the complex carbs, fruits and starchy vegetables for nutrients. I’m just afraid even if I eat good carbs, I’ll gain the weight back. I’ve lost 60lbs (still watching).

  4. I’m down 25 lbs in 2.5 months and I don’t do keto, it’s simply not sustainable for me. I think complex carbs are very important to a balanced diet.

  5. I’ve been doing OMAD keto for almost a month. Today I fell off the keto wagon, still OMAD, but feel crappy/guilty.. I shouldn’t have eaten the burrito bowl from chipotle with chips.

  7. Keto and Carb Deprivation made me an insomniac and life has been miserable. I still have 20 lbs to lose. I was SO carb deprived i allowed my body to enjoy 6 croissants and i lost 2 lbs overnight. I think my 7 month weight loss plateau has been because i have been doing fasts as long as 38 hours and my body has been holding on to every lb in survival mode
