  1. People say losing weight to fast is bad,,, but how many people are trying to lose weight and just keep gaining because they take the calories reduction approach? I would suggest looking at long duration (48hr-7day) water fasting with only water, and some electrolytes (sodium potassium magnesium). Also when breaking your fast NO carbs (super low) you stimulate stemcell production during a fast and the last thing you want to do is use them to produce fatcells first thing when you break a fast.

    I hope you are able to find a way to lose the weight you are trying to.

    You can do it, but you will need to seek as much information as you can. Our medical system we have now is the same one that use to say "smoking is healthy" "margarine is better than butter" "a high carbohydrate low fat diet will help you lose weight". They have been wrong several times so I would suggest researching several sources and look at what the outcomes of the advice was. Drs have been telling Americans for decades "calories in calories out, just eat less" however during that time we have entered a obesity epidemic.

  2. I lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks due to having severe tooth decay/ cavities & I am not able to chew food. I should be around 220 but I am 178 rn šŸ˜‚ but my dentist appointment is in 2 days so Iā€™m not worried but figured Iā€™d share this just in case it could help someone out there realize they are not alone šŸ’Æ
