This is legit bruh I was always finding excuse for myself to why I was overweight at 17 I was fat and depressed no girls didnโ€™t want me and nobody took my serious everyonr called me Harsh names and made fun of my body I was 284 at my heaviest almost 300 pounds I found this video back in May this year Iโ€™m now 242 pines and still heading down the scale my goal is to be 200-180 pounds

  6. 300 pounds here, severely overweight, just done the first workout and I manage to complete it

    Let's see how much I can lose in one month doing this wo 6 times per week and eating healthy…
