  4. I lost almost 80 pounds in 6 months without exercising, i followed 7 simple Keto guidelines:

    1- check insulin resistance level.
    2- know calories threshold to lose weight; consume 15% – 25% less
    3- know and avoid what you should NOT eat or drink.
    4- do intermittent fasting and some prolong fasting on a later stage.
    5- maintain required minerals and vitamins via supplements.
    6- drink a lot of water.
    7- no cheating breaks whatsoever!

    You might lose some pounds the first week; its just liquid that you lost, not fat!…dont get so excited! Drink plenty of water; keto diet could create kidney stones.

    The actual results start after the Keto Flu which you will experience (for 3-7days max.) Within 10 days max if you are doing it right.

    If you are diabetic or have certain health issues or on certain medication, check with your Doctor first.
