  1. I started doing these exercises from 3rd september and I lost 2 kg till now with diet i hope after i month I'll loose 5kg these exercises are really benificial to loose full body fat.

  2. today was my tenth day of doing this workout and i can say that even if it dont burn 5 kilos as the video mentions it actually does make you lose some amount of weight and more fit so in a way this does work but it also might be because i wasnt following a strict diet.

  3. Day 1-75 kg weight workout done little soreness of body

    Day 2- 74.5 kg weight workout done besides regulatory diet and walking
    soreness of body is present but I have many dresses which are very beautiful which doesn’t fit me for that I hav tooo 😂(dat z my motivation for today ) I feel energetic too doing this workouts early morning .

    Day 3- 74.5 kg weight workout done with walking about 3 kms and having coconut water and lemon and honey water and drinking water about 21/2-3 litres everyday
    Food I have decreased my calorie intake so that I can burn more than I recieve 😛

  4. My goal is 38Kgs and I am 42kgs so I will be doing this plus two other exercises and I will update after the ten days

  5. I am doing this exercise and I will keep you all update with the results
    Current weight: 60 kg . Height 166 cm
    Day 1: it was easy at first round but by second round I was exhausted. It took 50 minutes for me to complete this whole exercise.
    Day 2: It was easy on second day, but still my body was bit sore.
    And you won't believe that I already loose 1 kg weight. I am not even on diet.

    DAY 1: complete
    DAY 2: complete (it was easier and I didn't need a water break where yesterday I needed 3/4 AND didn't feel like blacking out).
