  2. I can't stand porridge so I'll stick to the all bran what I love and try to make that the soup on soup on the video which shows what you eat just to give others a few tips on the healthy eating plan. And keep on your doing your exercises of course, thanks Lucy for the tips.

  4. Yes get lean red meat but you want meat with marbling of fat in it this is wear the flavor is when you grill it the fat drips off

  5. Every single time I start adding in bread or oats to my diet I start putting on weight. If I eat oats for breakfast (no sugar) about an hour later I am shaking and starving like my blood sugar has suddenly dropped. I seem to do well with all the veggies, proteins and healthy fats. Thank Lucy for all of your inspirational videos;)
