  1. While I’m not on a diet I started making better healthier decisions of what I eat and walking for 30 mins a day. I noticed a difference in less than a month. My pants feel looser and my belly is not as bloated. UPDATE: I lost 14 lbs in two months and my Triglycerides went from 519 to 131. My overal cholesterol went from 264 to 191.
