  1. When I was a teenager and wanted to be slim like a model I used to eat only when I came home from school .. so from 2pm till 4pm and fast the rest of the time, that’s how I stayed skinny . I think especially for hormonal ppl .. women after multiple pregnancies it should be a combination of IMF and full day fasting ! Fast two days a week . The other days eat within a 2-4 hour window .

  2. I'M LOVING OMAD AND FASTING!!!! I EAT WHATEVER I WANT AND HARDLY EXERCISE!! FRIENDS WELCOME TO CHECK OUT MY JOURNEY!

  3. It works been doing the 16/8 Monday through Saturday and 24 hours once a week on Sundays (just started 2 weeks ago) I drink a shot of 2 tbs of acv, a dash of cinnamon powder, cayenne pepper powder, turmeric powder, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of baking soda, and a teaspoon of raw honey and 5 oz of water all together 30 minutes before my meals along with my intermittent fasting and lost 4 kilos in 2 weeks. I have a whole foods balanced diet and exercise very little and the fat is melting away, so exited its kinda addictive to fast I look forward to fasting.

  4. Nope. Morning breakfast is not for me. After practicing for a couple of months of 16:8, I found 20:4 to be my sweet spot most days. I know what she means. I look forward to eating because I like food. I look forward to fasting because I feel so good (clear head, steady energy, calm, light). The "hangry" disappears within a week or two if you fast clean (unflavored black coffee, black tea, water, unflavored sparkling water). Fasting dirty (low cal, no cal flavored drinks and nibbles), you can still spike insulin and hunger.

  5. She must be 40 or under,as it's about impossible as you age, thyroid slow, becomes almost non existant, existent, when you lose hormones, especially for women. You can starve, exercise, heat healthy,it works in younger years but it levels off unfortunately

  6. I must say eating the same and just adjusting the time you eat worked very well for me until my late 30s.. I ve always been slim but in the late 20s and early 30s a couple of kilograms kept creeping up. Intermittent fasting worked well to keep that off, 16:8 Fasting. but in my late 30s on the 3-4 days a week I do the 16:8 method I need to cut out sweets and cut down on carbs .. else it won’t work. I do work out on fasting days deliberately too ..

  7. The 2nd lady they hired to speak i dont agree with what she said. She said try to move the eating to the day.. no. Your workouts, and mental clarity and all is BEST during FASTING… which is the daytime when you're working out doing things. and all that.. so like we say in physiology "REST AND DIGEST" that is at night time when you relax.. get ready for bed .. rest and digest… ever feel tired after you eat.. natrually time to rest and digest..

  8. You have to have food for energy to burn calories so I would not recommend starving for a full 24 hours because it turns right back into fat

  9. IF takes great discipline. Only for those who are determine to take off the weight and keep it off. It's a lifestyle change. It works!
