  1. Including more protein in weight loss diet sounds like a good idea. But when we talk about morbidly obese patients psychological support is also necessary. And this is the element that most people don’t even think about.

  2. I never eat protein and I'm still healthy. Intermittent fasting does more for fat loss and muscle growth than anything else. If you do decide to fast than you should also pray to Jesus Christ because that is the most powerful form of fasting.

  3. I tried every single diet on the internet and even if I managed to lose few pounds of fat, they would get back as soon as I'm done with diet. I realised that meal plan from Agoge Diet is the only diet I could follow forever. It's really sustainable and easy to follow.
