  2. Thanks for this video. I too have been trying to lose weight with no success I was looking into this app recently as a last resort but wasn’t sure if it really worked. This was super helpful.

  3. I did Noom for 12 weeks and I lost close to 10 pounds. I wasn't really looking to lose weight, but was looking for a lifestyle change which included eating healthier and trying to be more conscious as to what I was consuming. The articles and daily tasks definitely helped me see food differently. And having my weekly check-ins with my Goal Specialist (Tara), kept me accountable. So now I make healthier choices when picking what to eat. Oh yeah and I still eat my cookies and ice cream guilt-free LOL!! Also, once I felt that I could continue without the program, it was no hassle to terminate.
