  1. I had never heard of any oatmeal diet, but I love oatmeal and have dropped quite a bit of weight making my decadent oatmeal recipes. My favorite is 1 cup uncooked old fashioned oats, 2 c. water, 2 scoops chocolate protein powder, 2 TBSP peanut butter. I cook this throwing everything in the pot at once and stirring frequently. It gets nice and creamy. When done, I top it with a TBSP of brown sugar, a sprinkle of sea salt, and wait for it… A pour over of bulletproof coffee which is made blending 1/4 c. hot coffee with 1 TBSP butter in a blender. It comes out to right around 600 calories and tastes so awesomely decadent but has lots of good fats, protein, and of course, fiber, but the flavor makes it feel like a treat. I seriously crave it almost every day and it keeps me from eating sweets. It's also extremely filling, so I usually intermittent fast just naturally, without trying… Most of the time 20:4, sometimes 16:8. Just depends on the day. Rarely do I wake up hungry, but if I'm hungry, I eat… Period. Since the oatmeal is so filling, I may have something like a fruit smoothie also loaded with healthy fats, or soup and a protein loaded salad, or potatoes with raw kraut and some kind of protein. Just these two meals a day, on average, and I feel super satisfied. I love what I'm eating. It tastes good, fills me up, and I don't feel restricted in the least. Basically, the oatmeal is so yummy and satisfying that my second meal tends to be on the lighter side. On the occasion I need a heavier eating day, I respect that and listen to my body without guilt. The weight has shed effortlessly without grueling workouts or calorie counting, weighing food, being anal about macros, or any of that. My exercise is turning on music and moving however my body wants that day for a minimum of half an hour every day. I usually dance and intersperse callisthenics, yoga flows, some weights, whatever my body wants. No set routine. This has worked for me. I have released over 150 lbs and MAINTAINED that loss for over 10 years this way. No diet… Just eating when hungry, stopping when comfortably full and satisfied, plus eating nutrient dense foods made super yummy.

  4. I gained 40 pounds my co workers even mentioned my weight ..I stress eat 😫 I'm motivated to lose it.I know it won't happen overnight but I don't feel confident or sexy anymore .

  5. Well if you get serious about it and do good work out. You'll probably lose 10 pounds of water in one week no matter what.

  7. i ate no breakfast and porridge for lunch at around 1pm then when i went home at 6pm id eat a proper meal. i did this for months and i swear to god i went from size L to S in clothing.
    its been a few years and now im a size M but i want to go down to XS now. so im doing the same thing again except im a student and cant cook so at night im just having coffee and prolly a proper meal twice a week (takeway food haha)
    i also go gym everyday so i think itll be easier for me to lose weight.
    im so excited.

  8. I plan on doing this diet just 3 to 4 days a week alternating the days. For about a month. While eating healthy, working out and drinking plenty of water. ls this ok?
