  1. No1 not true. I've been breastfeeding my baby for almost 2 years, didn't help at all. I didn't produce enough though, but our breastfeeding sessions lasted for at least 30 minutes due to that. It was monitored so it was done correctly just I couldn't prpduce as much as my baby needed. Nevertheless I was producing up to my baby's 2nd year, that is till I stopped. And I've still got my belly. I'm very active and my diet is pretty healthy.
