  2. I love your channel.. Are kettlebell exercises good for someone who had cervical spine herniated disc 6-7 or should I just stick with looped bands only? Thank you

  3. This was an appropriate video to have in my feed today as I am addressing a migraine but do not want to skip training. If I "break stride" with growing my discipline it is a slippery slope. With these moves, I can modify my scheduled routine for today, focus on less jarring moves that might exacerbate head pain, and avoid the disruption (and possible guilt) of losing a day of building strength and a relatively new and sustainable discipline. As my cognitive functions are somewhat impaired, getting this external stimulus serves as a good reminder to be flexible and make adjustments to counteract an "all or nothing" response that can too often fall on the nothing side. And tomorrow is a scheduled recovery day! Cheers!

  4. Few questions:
    – what weight you recommend for the deadlifts? It must be more than the weight used for the swing?
    – is it ok to do a one hand carry and then switch side, as I cannot afford two at the moment.
