Ryosuke called it a long-breath diet. The technique consists of assuming a certain position, taking a three-second breath, and then a strong seven-second exhalation.
Most European doctors support the use of breathing exercises for weight loss and explain their effectiveness as follows: fat consists of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. When the oxygen you breathe in reaches the fat cells, it splits them into carbon and water.

THE INSTRUCTION:
• First, stand up, and push one leg forward and the other back.
• Now strain your buttocks and transfer your weight to your back foot. Yes, just like this.
• Slowly start inhaling for 3 seconds, lifting your arms above your head.
• Then exhale forcefully for 7 seconds, straining all your body muscles.
Perform this exercise every day for 2 to10 minutes.

  1. i started out being 112 pounds and now after 2 weeks i still have not gotten up to try it even though my weight is killing me. 🙁

  2. This really works – I’ve been doing this for one week and noticed my pants are a tad lighter around my waist. I would recommend slowly getting used to this – start with the 2 min a day then gradually you can go longer only because i realized I had more muscles then I realized and was really really sore…lol It goes away, but just build up to getting used to it – it does work!

  3. Okay so I tried to do this best I could and did it for a reasonable amount of time- I’m not sure if I exhaled properly but after doing this I actually felt out of breath and kinda physically tired, and I was sweating. Does that mean I did it correctly?

  5. i’m here because i’m not on any sport teams (i do swim and volleyball but i’m not on a team anymore) and if i’m not on any sport teams i’m not burning calories like i should my self esteem is also really low
