  1. Dr E, I have been in keto 1.5 years and did great the first year, it started HIIT six months ago. I see from this discussion I was doing it wrong which may explain why I have gotten to overeating, all healthy, but still too many calories, I will revise my HIIT as discussed here, but may I ask what if you want to jog? Is that too much? Thanks!
