  1. Great Job!!! I have much info on the Master Cleanse. For those who are interested. Drink 2 Tablespoons 1/2 lemon or 1 whole lime (organic) in 8oz of purified water with a pinch of cayenne pepper in a class of water and 1 tablespoon of Grade A dark maple syrup 6-12 times a day. For diabetics use 1 teaspoon of organic Black scrap molasses. In the evening drink a glass of laxative tea (i.e. Smooth Move). In the morning do a SALT flush. 1qt of warm water with 2 teaspoons of sea salt non iodized. if you don't do the salt flush you can have a glass of laxative tea. There are a few video with the pic of the cover of the book by Stanley Burroughs the creator of the Lemonade Diet, It is suggested that you drink the Lemonade warm if you can made fresh each time you need a glass. if you are working just make enough and take it with you It is suggested for 10 days. Day 11 drink 50% OJ 50% water during the day. Make a veggie soup for evening meal, consuming mostly the broth.
