You asked for it, you got it! Finally coming out with a detailed video on how to go about the Ketogenic diet as a vegetarian in India. In today’s video, I’m gonna be covering everything from the meal plan you need while following veg keto to the fat loss effects created thanks to a vegetarian version of the ketogenic diet. Keep in mind that I’m NOT a keto diet ambassador. I’m just teaching you guys the science of going about veg keto.   1. Most of these diets are very punishing to the body, some are outright dangerous. For me, only Agoge diet showed good results and was easy to follow.

  2. The main reason I started dieting was to get rid of cellulite, however the keto diet made it unbearable.. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great

  3. I find most of these diets difficult to follow, including the keto diet. The thing that worked best for me is the Agoge Diet plan. You get to eat nutritionally rich foods without starving.

  4. So much wrong information. Being a vegetarian who has been on keto for a long time and lost 45kg, i can safely say these are bad instructions. Anyways, the main purpose of keto diet is not to lose weight, that should be the by-product.

  5. Misleading information shared in this video is to drink protein shake. There is very high insulin response for protein shake. Insulin is hormon which is responsible for Obesity

  6. My own experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to adhere to and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of stubborn belly fat.

  7. I tried all these diets and gave up on all except for one. Only the Agoge diet helped me lose that stubborn belly fat.

  8. Bro science: you can burn plenty of calories just by concentrating on the area between his eyes. Let the ocular muscles do the job for you while u sit back and relax.

  9. I really tried sticking with the the keto diet, but I just felt awful and it is also really tough to follow. I then tried the Agoge diet and it was life changing, I highly recommend it to everyone.
