Just eat one herb infused big game meat everytime your core goes back to white and sleep when needed you'll maintain an average or perfect weight pretty easily

It’s broken my guy. Rockstar needs to fix it. My character keeps gaining weight and I’m not eating ANYTHING. I run & sit at camp & get my weight down to perfect…. & after that it keeps going up every time. The weight system is corny online & needs to go
I can't lose weight -_-. My cores drain 125% faster being 7,5+% fat. I eat when my cores are empty, but I guess I'll have to starve myself for a week

In this game it's harder to lose than to gain honestly which is pretty realistic but everything else bout the pricing and stuff no sir its 1899 or well online takes place 1893-1895
