  1. When I'm dieting I get down to 172lbs then the rest I guess is water manipulation right? I'm 6'1 super skinny so I think 155lb would be a good spot since I'm too skinny for the 200lb guys making 170 lol

  3. In my opinion we as athletes we should be on diet the full year. Why you compete at 155 pound and want to be 170 then you cut water weight, so you should stay around 170 pound the whole year. Thank you for sharing 🙏🙏

  5. Currently in camp and I'm just wondering how important those omegas are? Is it omega 3,6 and 9?
