  1. I haven’t ran/sprinted since school days but recently started at 38 years old. I love the rush I get after a 20 mins run. So far it’s on the treadmill at the gym

  2. I’m glad you brought up the psychological part about running outside .. it’s mostly ideal but like you said, conditions sometimes do play a factor.

  3. Changing surfaces is ideal for running tho, strictly running on asphalt or concrete is not ideal because it’s bad for your joints and stuff.
    I’m not trying to sound like an expert, I’m just sharing lol
