  2. Human beings are carnivores. Stop eating you foodโ€™s food. Plant matter is not good nor sugars. Weโ€™ve been lied to for decades.

  4. When you say carnivore… do you refer to all animals? I mean, can I eat port, chicken, fish and beef? Or just beef alone? btw what seasonings do you guys recommend? Im about to start a carnivore diet for 2 monts mostly to loose weight, so I need a little help.

  6. I Have always eaten meat predominantly. However, if I don't get little ruffage in my diet I get constipated.

  7. For me after i stopp eating meat I dont have depression anymore and look alot younger my skin is glowing and healtier. Mest make us sad and after i got my spiritually awakening i got sad after eating meat because i believe in energy and i could feel what the animals were feeling. Everything is energy. And bad karma my colestrol was really hight after 1 month is gone amazing stop eat meat people

  8. Vegan is flawed because people still continue to eat processed foods :') like what's the point of being vegan then. On the plant side, i think unprocessed/homemade food will do the trick. Also very less or no oils. I have been doing the same. Also very less grain, i just have one grain meal as lunch. Grains really do mess up the gut if there's not enough exercise and time gap. And we traditionally eat it three times a day lol

  9. I think this is also a very body specific thing. When I eat meat I need to take Pepsin to digest it. I have had great results from carnivore, keto, paleo, and vegetarian.
    I find personally if you listen to your body, not to be confused with sugar or carbs cravings. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Results can be amazing

  10. I would have acid reflux & painful constipation from only meat. So, I would eat lots if broccoli on my meat diet

  11. What would happen if you ate nothing but meat for 30 days. Let's just say that you'd be so stopped up that you'd require medical treatment for things to start moving again, assuming that they could get them started again. And, you'd probably become vegetarian because you never wanted to see meat again.
