  1. I started doing HIIT 2x a week and strength 2x a week. On my rest days I like to go for a walk, which is essentially low-intensity cardio.

  7. I'm 5"3 and I weight 157. I want to lose 30 pounds, but I also want to tone my body. What kind of work out/cardio should I do? How often? how long should I do exercise in a day? also, can I combined the two exercises??

  9. I don't think I understand the combination ones. LIke what type of low-mod cardio should I do and how long should it be? Would the entire workout be over an hour? I'm trying to get into a habit of working out for only lik3 30-45 mins a day. I just hear that short workouts are more effective.

  10. I've been doing hiit every day for about two weeks now. I'm also a ballet dancer, so I train for roughly four hours a day. you said in this video that you're only supposed to do hiit four times a week, but my body has been feeling good if a little sore? is this okay or should I lay off, even though my body is fairly used to this?
