  2. Protein is expensive, carbs are cheap. The people eating the latter reflects their indolence and weakness.

  3. I am on a high protein diet, low fat, low carb, high fiber and high water. I have gained muscle and a little bit of hair on my head. I also recover faster from workouts and have pushed my weight training even harder. One gram of protein per pound of body weight per my doctor.

I'm 335 pounds, we have a competition whoever can lose the most weight in 2 months and my strategy is to give up carbs and all drinks except for water and some coffee…I also am doing vegetable and fruit smoothies 2 times a day to keep me full and not wanting food….this is just for the competition because when's it's done I'll eat carbs again 4 days a week but probably go completely vegetarian for 3 days per of the week, my goal is to lose 110-130 pounds.
