    I have a situation for youโ€ฆ
    IF 21:3 on fasting exercise days. 24-hour dry fast 1 day per week
    Feed window: carnivore diet with a 500 calorie deficit.
    Exercises:
    11K runs at a fat burning bpm heart rate range 2 days per week
    10K runs at a fat burning bpm heart rate range 3 days per week
    Sleep: 8-10 hours, 5 days per week
    But I still gain weight!

  3. My personal experience is that if you're eating healthy you don't need to count calories. I did for a while to get an idea of how much I was eating, but with plenty of proteins, fats and most carbs from vegetables I felt sated after a normal meal.

  4. I did this for a week and I fasted just once a day. I dropped weight fast. But I wasn't burning calories laying around all day.

  5. Why gaining weight on intermittent fasting? May be you are doing 16:8, you are eating 16 hours and fast 8 hours….๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฅง๐ŸŽ‚

  6. Some beginners automatically end up in calorie deficit even from still eating some unhealthy foods, because of a smaller eating window. Those of us that didn't automatically end up in deficit from a smaller eating window need to eat healthier and portion control.
