  2. 50 days on fatty meat, salt, water. Heavy weightlifting (max bench is 200 lbs. at age 57) and rowing or jogging 30 minutes 6-days per week. GAINED 2 pounds! It's not muscle. Finally, someone tells the truth about fat and some folks. I've been very lean all of my life until menopause. Female hormones, or lack thereof, in females is a totally different thing than being a male at any age. I'll try dropping the fat down.

  4. I am in my second week to third week of carnivore after doing one year of keto. I fast 19 hours a day and have lost my taste for ground beef lately. I only crave eggs lately and I'm rarely hungry. Is this normal?

  5. I've done 9 months of keto with almost no fat loss, and switched to carnivore for 2 months now. I also exercise 3-5 times a week. Its a high protein one, i dont like stuffing myself with fat, so i eat about 1500-2000 calories a day. Weight is the same but measurements are down. But it's so minor I'm really frustrated with it, don't know what to do anymore.

  6. Hey, Dan! I have a teaspoon of honey every morning because it helps with my heartburn and only drink milk on the weekends (I love milk). I started 20 days ago and haven't noticed a change, do you think that such a small amount of honey is affecting me? Or is it the milk on the weekends 🤔? I'm also doing OMAD

  7. I eat 1.2 ibs of 85% ground beef, 10g of butter and 3 eggs everyday. That’s about 16-1700 calories. I exercise 3 times a week weight lifting. I haven’t lost a pound in 4 months 🥲🥲🥲 no dairy nothing I don’t know why. It’s so discouraging. Hormones are fine expect leptin that was 44 . Don’t know what to do …. Help

  8. Thankyou for your video. I have been doing carnivore for a couple weeks now and have not lost much weight at all. I was getting discouraged. I haven’t been consuming too much fat – maybe every two or three days I’d have a slice of cheese or a spoon of sour cream. Other then that, I have been having some steak once a day, ground beef patties and white veal with bones and chicken occasionally. I will try cutting out fat from dairy altogether and sticking to the fat I am getting from my meat and hopefully will have some improved results.

  9. Should we try to avoid dietary fats as much as possible in order to lose weight? I am always confused about amounts of meat versus fat. I’m 5’8”, 200 lbs.

  10. Thanks for this. I am type 1 diabetic, so the insulin shots make me gain weight easier. I am on a low carb diet, but I should watch my calories more. They add up so quickly
