  2. For those of us that workout first thing in the morning (5am), does your post workout meal change or would you still have the chicken and sweet potato?

  3. Does running(cardio pace, NOT sprinting or HIIT) AFTER lifting compromise muscle growth? Or can cardio after lifting help to lean you out?
