The first i appreciate dr.OZ to all episodes i think if we want control of diet every day we haveto learn more information about how body is work.i think if we want discard obesity we must eat healthy food contian minerals ,vitamines ,fibers and protein such as brochli and caulflower and any vegetables and fruits such as watermelon and melon ,mango,apple,orange,pear i think these foods its useful to balance blood glucose in the blood and avoid hypertension type1and type2 also avoid Diabetis mellitus type2 .
