  1. Thanks for sharing this! To add to this, sugar has a lot of different names on ingredients labels.  The first item on the list is what there’s the most of in a product!  Companies don’t want to have sugar on their ingredient list, so they’ll use other names for it.  Cumulatively, these different names add up to a good amount of sugar in the product!

  2. sugar is my one weakness! i can avoid other junkfood but can't skip chocolate for even a single day to save my life ><

  3. Today is my first day with no sugar and I’m feeling great! I am hungry though because I’m in the mountains with some family and all they have is processed food

  4. That’s still a lot of sugar consumption (glucose) you just seem to be making alternative choices. Just meat and vegetables are a better way of cutting out sugar.

  5. Can I lose weight having 20 grams of sugar or less a day? Cuz it sneaks into bread and things like that. I’m gonna stop eating sugary foods though. It’s hard cuz I don’t do the shopping.
