  1. i'm 13 days in. so many food allergies i've only eaten bars, a couple of crunchiest, chicken raw spinach and celery( literally allergic to spinach, poultry, soy🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️bought urine strip tests for fat burning mode. 0!!!! will i ever get in fat burn😕🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  2. Love these tips! This is the first program for which I didn't overthink or over plan. I was offered the opportunity to start it and I jumped in without any thought. I figured I'd tried everything else without success and this couldn't hurt.

    Girl! I wish I would've tried this ages ago! I just started week 9 yesterday and am down 21 lbs! Yesterday was Halloween and I didn't even think of digging into our Halloween stash, much less my kiddo's haul. I sent a selfie with my kiddo to my sister and she commented on how great I look, and she doesn't know I'm on the program yet! It felt great because I'm surrounded by a lot of negative Nellies who've grown tired of hearing about the program from me. But I've had to buy a whole new wardrobe already! And I'm feeling better than ever before! I'm not napping all day. I'm moving more. I'm not craving the sweets.

  3. Hey girl love your video, today is my 8th day and I was doing exactly what you’re saying not to do. Number 1&2 is my biggest concern. But now no! Lost 3 lbs plus my first week and I’m happy 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽. I’ll keep watching your videos and continue with my plan on getting back healthy and happy.
