  2. Cashews is the second meal. That's it…. I almost clicked out. Imm give it a chance, but I tell you what, I hate cashews.

  3. Wow great! However, zigzaging the calories would help to overcome the weight loss plateau. The body would quickly adapt to 1000 calorie diet during 3-4 day of the low calorie diet.
